tikrit abandoned?

am watching cnn(i apologize) at 1:30 a.m. est on sunday morning.....a "rogue" cnn crew is riding into tikrit in a seven man news caravan.....they are riding through abandoned iraqi positions with vehicles,tanks and posts totally abandoned...it`s eerie.....there`s nobody there....they are inside the 5 mile radius of tikrit.........nothing....no dogs.....if anybody sees this,do yourself a favor and throw it on....it`s incredible

patriot...that thought occured to me....more in the biological-chemical mode....but,they just saw some civilians that said"saddam is finished in tikrit".....the reporters now are saying there may be some "fedayeen" still active..they are holding for now.....pretty interesting...

In a way this whole thing has been wierd...The thing is this thing has gone really well..I just keep waiting for the other shoe to drop.

I know what you guys mean.

Its as if something really nasty is about to explode, like a last statement to put him down in history before his complete defeat.

Hopefully we're just being jumpy, and hes done a runner.
